So, on Tuesday I went to a restaurant called "El Mojito". It's located in Guavate, a small community in Cayey, one of Puerto Rico's counties. It serves roasted pig (whole pig), rice, beans, pasteles, plaintains, lasagna, and more! And the food is really good, the pig is awesome!!!! The skin of the pig is great too because it's really crispy (it's obvious because it's roasted in a spitfire) and awesome! The restaurant's good...... but it's a half-hour, maybe an hour's drive from San Juan. So, don't go too hungry.....
So, yesterday I watched BRAVE, the latest "Pixar" movie. It was awesome! The star is Merida, the 18 year old princess of the kingdom of DunBroch in Scotland, and is also a skilled archer, who is destined to become Queen of DunBroch. It is unlike any fairytale movie I have ever seen! It's like a fairytale, but much more mature, if you know what I mean.
So, yesterday I watched "Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted". It was AWESOME and it's about Alex, Melman, Gloria and Marty still lost in Africa after 6 years, and the Penguins trying to get to "Monte Carlo or bust", then all of them get discovered by Captain Dubois, who is the C-R-A-Z-Y Captain of animal control and is practically indestructible, then, to hide from her, Alex and the gang join a failing circus and modernize it to tour around Europe in places like London, Rome, and run away with the circus. It was really fun! So, here's another thing: 8 Flavahz lost ABDC. They totally deserved the prize!
So, as you know America's Best Dance Crew is coming to and end....(BTW, watch the finale on Wednesday in MTV @ 10 EST). And I'm rooting for 8 Flavahz, the youngest all girl crew in ABDC history. So, here are some facts about the crew: There are 8 members, half the crew is from Hawaii and the other half is from California, and there is a set of identical twins. So you can vote for them all week 'til Wednesday, 1 pm EST. Are You Karate Kidding Me? That's the name of a sketch in MADtv, a recent premiered sketch comedy on Cartoon Network that weaves parodies into some of their sketches. I like it because it's funny. Some parodies are: Avenger Time, The Carcrashians, and, my personal fave, Are You Karate Kidding Me?. It is SO funny because it's a parody of The Karate Kid (the 2010 one). Some characters are: Dre, Mr. Han, Po (from Kung Fu Panda), Master Shifu(from Kung Fu Panda), Dora, and more! So it starts by Po beating up Dre, then Mr. Han makes Dre carry him on his back, and it ends by Dora beating up Dre. In short, you have to watch it because it is SO funny.
