POST#23: LECHON!!!!!!!!!!!

So, on Tuesday I went to a restaurant called "El Mojito". It's located in Guavate, a small community in Cayey, one of Puerto Rico's counties. It serves roasted pig (whole pig), rice, beans, pasteles, plaintains, lasagna, and more!  And the food is really good, the pig is awesome!!!! The skin of the pig is great too because it's really crispy (it's obvious because it's roasted in a spitfire) and awesome! The restaurant's good...... but it's a half-hour, maybe an hour's drive from San Juan. So, don't go too hungry.....
